The Buckhorn Museum welcomes groups and tours of all types and sizes. Whether you're organizing a school field trip, a church outing, a corporate team event, or a tour group, we'd love to host you. Discount group rates are available for parties of 10 or more.
Group Rate
For groups of 10 or more, please call 210-247-4004 for current group pricing. Reservations are required to receive the group rate. Tour leaders, teachers, and bus drivers receive complimentary admission.
What is Included
- Admission to both The Buckhorn Museum and The Texas Ranger Museum
- Self-guided tour — 1½ hours recommended
- Access to the Café, Saloon, Gift Shop, and Arcade at no additional charge
Museum Hours
Open daily at 10:00 AM. Closing times vary by season, with extended hours during Spring Break and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please call ahead for current hours.
Reservations
Fill out the booking form on this page or call 210-247-4004. No deposit is required and you may cancel anytime. Please note that your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our staff.
Payment
Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. One bill will be prepared for the entire group. Tax-exempt organizations may fax documentation to 210-247-4020.
